Condolence: It's hard for me to find the right words to say to express how much I love you. You mean so much to this family, so much to me. Growing up I was never aware of the lessons you were teaching me and the other grand kids because it was just how you were with us. You taught us so many things: camping, fishing, music, how to turn a wrench, but mainly you taught us how to love. I never doubted for one second how much you loved us. I could see it in your eyes, the way you looked at us when you thought we weren't looking. I miss you so much already and as I write this thousands of memories are flying through my mind. There wasn’t anything you couldn’t do. You were an amazing man Grandpa and I hope that one day I can look back and say that I have led a life that can even remotely compare to yours. Your legacy will live on forever and one day we will see each other again. Until that day I know you will watch over us with love in your eyes. Rest in Peace Grandpa…

Condolence: To my Uncle Doyle, I know I have not seen you much over the years, but I remember the times with you, you always brought smiles to people's face. You had a way of doing that with your wit and charm. You will be dearly missed. To Aunt Irene and my cousins my prayers go out to you and yours. Love, Norman Dale Adkins

Condolence: Dad, I will forever be grateful for having you for my father. The valuable lessons you instilled in me make me the person I am today. I can only hope that I can pass on the unconditional love and support that you gave to me, to my own family. Family was your life, we were your everything, and it showed in all that you did. I will try really hard Dad to pass on your legacy of values and love to my own, to pass on the chain of strong family ties. I will miss you deeply Dad. But, I will feel your presence everyday as I look at my own children and see in them the wonderful gifts that you have left behind. You will always be here, in all of us. You will be at every family gatherin as we tell all the stories told time and time again, as we listen again as if for the first time. I love you Dad, play your music in the heavens, for all to enjoy, and someday I will be toe tapping along in the crowd.....proudly saying "That's my Dad."

Condolence: As we say goodbye these next couple days, I remember all you have taught me and good times we have shared. I will always keep you in my heart and in my memories, grandpa. My daughter will know you through our reminiscing as if you were always by her side. I know you will watch over us all and play your music for everyone in heaven and make it an even better place as you did for us over the years. No one will ever take the place you have in our hearts, and I will think of you every day. May you rest in peace grandpa and always look down on your family and be proud knowing we wouldn't be the family we are without the knowledge and love you have given us. You will never know how much you will be missed. Love you always.

Condolence: Steve, Craig, Bryan and the entire family, I met him just once. He and Irene showed me nothing but genuine kindness and friendship. I really admire that, and those qualities carry on in each of you. That is how I'll remember him. Something tells me that there are many, many people that share that same memory. We are so sorry for your loss. All of you are in our thoughts and in our prayers. Steve & Laura Dagle
