Thomas Frank Yerman, 59, of Hambden Township, passed away April 13, 2015, at UH Geauga Hospital.
Born Sept. 12, 1955, in Cleveland, he had lived in Euclid before moving to Hambden Township eight years ago.
He was the dearest son of the late Frank and Anne Yerman; loving father of David A. Yerman and Kathleen E. Yerman; cherished grandfather of Lennox E. Taylor; brother of Donna M. (David) Pfriem; uncle of two; and great-uncle of two.
Burial will be held at a later date.
