Funeral Mass for Paul F. Reminder, 93, of Mayfield Heights, will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Mr. Reminder passed away Monday, May 2, 2011, at the Slovene Home for the Aged in Cleveland. Born Jan. 8, 1918, in Cleveland, he had lived in Reminderville, and was spent most of his life in Cuyahoga County, living in Mayfield Heights for the past 12 years. Paul was a U.S. Army combat veteran, serving during World War II. He was also a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Gates Mils and enjoyed doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles. Mr. Reminder was a retired accountant, working at the McDonald Company in Cleveland. He was the loving brother of Mary Lou (Edward) Bryndal of Willoughby; and uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Irene (Olchovy) Reminder in 1996; parents, Leo A. and Mary E. (Schirmer) Reminder; and siblings, Jean M. Reminder, Gertrude R. Paul and Betty M. Stenger; and brothers-in-law, Les Paul and Bob Stenger. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Father Daniel Begin will officiate. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
