The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Fr. Kinkopf can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Our family remembers Father Jack as a caring and generous priest and friend. He left an imprint upon our individual lives and our life as a family. He introduced me to the writings of Thomas Merton and to a spiritual journey that enabled me to grow into a deeper understanding of God's Presence in everyday life. He cared for Tom when he was ill and blest our five children and their lives. When Joe left for the Marine Corps, he placed blessings upon him and knew that Joseph would make him proud. Joseph is now Major Joseph Ludick and has chosen the Marines as his life work. We all looked up to Father as a priest and a dear friend and a proud Marine. The world will miss him but his spirit lives on in all of us who were touched by his faith and love of Christ. Thank you, Father Jack, for your goodness and wonderful human story of faith well lived.
