David J. Snyder, 75, of Mentor, passed away peacefully Nov. 18, 2013, at home. He was born July 12, 1938, in Bowling Green, Ohio, and was a graduate of Bowling Green University. David and his loving wife of 21 years, Debbie (Shipley), enjoyed spending their time vacationing in the woods of Michigan on their 4-wheeler with many friends. David was retired from the City of Mentor. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, who enjoyed the company of his loving dogs, Tristen, Sebastian, Buckethead and Abby. He will be missed by all who knew him. In addition to his wife, David is survived by his daughters, Jan (Jason) Mulanax, Kelly and Stacy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Adah Snyder; brother, Bill; and sister, Nancy.
