Obituary for John Pizem

Funeral Mass for John Pizem, 62, of Eastlake, will be 12 Noon Friday, Feb. 23, at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Fr. Timothy Kalista will officiate.
Mr. Pizem passed away Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018, at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby.
He was born Jan. 19, 1956, in Euclid.
John was a member of Immaculate Conception Church.
He was the loving husband of Rhema S. (nee Ankrom) Pizem; brother of Leonard Pizem and Richard (Camille) Pizem; brother-in-law of Patricia (David) Campbell; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Angela (nee Jernejic) Pizem; and sister-in-law, Jeannette Pizem.
Family will receive friends from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 23, at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name may be made in care of the family.
