Raymond Michael  Rogaliner Sr.
Funeral Mass for Raymond Michael Rogaliner Sr., 90, of Mentor, will be 11 a.m. Monday at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Road, Mentor. Fr. James Roach will officiate.
Mr. Rogaliner passed away Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016, at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
Born May 17, 1926, in Cleveland, he had lived in Euclid before moving to Lake County.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Raymond loved gardening and flowers, and enjoyed visiting casinos.
He was the beloved husband of Sarah Jane (nee Naro) Rogaliner; loving father of Raymond Michael "Mickey" (Darlene) Rogaliner Jr. of Mentor and Cherie (James) Carmigiano of Mentor; stepfather of Richard (Cindy) Lasko of Florida, Kevin (Cathy) Lasko of Mentor, Valerie (Raymond) Minotas of Mentor, Pamela Kless of Mentor and April George; cherished grandfather of 23; great-grandfather of 32; great-great-grandfather of 10; father-in-law of Linda Rogaliner and Steve Sivec; and uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Raymond was preceded in death by his first wife, Theresa (nee Jurkoshek) Rogaliner in 1972; son, Lou Rogaliner; daughter, Theresa “Tess” Sivec; parents, Louis and Eva (nee Kenna) Rogaliner; and brothers, Edward and John Rogaliner.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), Mentor. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
