Obituary for Peter Altus Moore
Celebration of Life services for Peter Altus Moore, 54, of Willoughby, will be 7:30 p.m. Friday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave., Willoughby (located on the grounds of the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home.
Mr. Moore passed away Friday, Aug. 26, 2016, at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
Born Sept. 8, 1961, in Cleveland, he had been a resident of Lake County for five years.
Peter was an avid motorcycle enthusiast, a voracious reader and a great story teller. He also loved woodworking and working with his hands.
He was the dear brother of Mark A. Moore Sr. and Jodie Marie Moore; uncle of Ally, Audrey, Austin and Mark; and great-uncle of River Otis.
Peter was preceded in death by his parents, Altus and Geraldine (nee Kepic) Moore; and niece, Ashley.
Family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at The Abbey of Willoughby. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his name be made in care of the family.
