Obituary for Nancy A Traxler
Funeral services for Nancy A. (nee Morehead) Traxler, 67, of Kirtland, will be 10 a.m. Saturday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby.
Mrs. Traxler passed away Monday, Aug. 1, 2016, at Bedford Medical Center in Bedford.
Born June 12, 1949, in Parkersburg, W.Va., she had been a Lake County resident for the past 35 years, living in Kirtland.
Nancy was the loving sister of Raylena K. Shaffer, Michael A. (Thelma) Morehead, John W. Morehead and Thomas E. Morehead; aunt of Brian (Dolly) Shaffer, Sarah Shaffer, Jeffrey Morehead, James Morehead, Jennifer Morehead and Melissa Trevino; and great-aunt of Michael, Matthew and Megan Shaffer, Mia and Ashley Morehead, Angela and William Morehead.
She was preceded in death by her dear parents, John and G. Madeline (nee Markley) Morehead.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at The Abbey of Willoughby. Burial will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township.
Donations in her name are suggested to the Lake County Humane Society, 7564 Tyler Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060.
