Obituary for Rose M Ashburn
Rose M. Ashburn, 60, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born March 18, 1956, in Painesville, she had been a lifetime resident of Lake County, living in Mentor-on-the-Lake the past 45 years.
Rose was a member of St. Bede the Venerable Church in Mentor, was an artist, enjoyed painting, and loved gardening.
She was the loving mother of Shawna J. Anderson and Krystal K. (Erik) Berus; cherished grandmother of Kyle, Skyla, Blake, Trenton, Olivia, Kristen and Kaylee; sister of Sue Bridges, Shirley Gearman, Carmella Lane and Shelby Ashburn; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Maxine (nee Baldwin) Ashburn.
Family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
