Austin T. Holt, 18, of Willoughby, passed away Monday, Nov. 6, 2017, at TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township.
Born March 29, 1999, in Painesville, he had been a lifetime Lake County resident.
Austin loved music.
He was the loving son of Heather R. (Duane) (nee Scranton) Jacquemain and his biological mother, Tracy (nee Scranton) Holt; brother of Mitchell and Zachary; maternal grandson of Robert (Gaye) Scranton and Kathleen D. (Rick) Guyaux; nephew of Holly Patton, Matt Patton, Mark (Megan) Jacquemain, and Scott (Donna) Jacquemain; cousin of Austin, Joshua, Kyla, Makenna, and the late Matthew and Chris.
Family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby. Burial will be private.
