Graveside services for Constance A. (nee St. John) Brain, 83, of Willoughby, will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Willoughby Memorial Gardens, 38650 Lakeshore Blvd., Willoughby. Pastor Mike Currier will officiate.
Constance passed away Sunday, Oct. 8, 2017, at her residence in Willoughby, which she shared with her loving daughter after her long illness.
Born Feb. 21, 1934, in Holyoke, Mass., she had been a Lake County resident for 61 years.
She had been an office manager for Dr. Alan Tanner, O.D. for 32 years. She enjoyed making Willoughby her home and loved working in her yard.
Constance was the former wife of Robert L. Brain; loving mother of Karen Ann Brain; sister of Fred (Velma) St. John of Redding, Calif., Irene Kelly of South Hadley, Mass., Barbara Granfield Caron of Longmeadow, Mass., and William (Kathie) St. John of Holyoke, Mass.; and aunt of many nieces and nephews. She also leaves her loving dogs, Minnie, Muggsy, Missy and Chipper.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rene and Mary (nee Jaronczyk) St. John; and sister, Mary Rodak.
Arrangements are entrusted to McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes in Willoughby and Mentor.
