Obituary for Karl R Shingledecker
Celebration of Life services for Karl R. Shingledecker, 40, of Willowick, will be 5:30 p.m. Saturday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), Mentor.
Mr. Shingledecker passed away Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born May 9, 1976, in Willoughby, he had been a lifetime resident of Mentor.
Karl attended Mentor High School and loved nature, cooking, music, and enjoyed family time.
Mr. Shingledecker was employed as an autobody man at Bo’s Show Cars.
He was the loving father of Paige Matsko and Kori Shingledecker; loving companion of Jennifer M. Enwall and her daughters, Tessa and Hailey Billy; beloved son of Charles M. and Mary Terry (nee Brackman) Shingledecker; dear brother of Julie A. Spiesman (Carey “Big O” Orosz), and Todd C. Shingledecker; and uncle of Collin and Kevin Orosz.
Family will receive friends from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
