Thomas Joseph "Tom"  Brennan
Thomas Joseph “Tom” Brennan, 72, passed away in his home in Waynesville, N.C., Tuesday, July 26, 2016.
Born Dec. 26, 1943, in East Cleveland, he had spent most of his life in northeast Ohio before moving to Waynesville in 2010.
Tom was a U.S. Army veteran, who enjoyed playing golf and card games, reading, watching sports, working on crossword and Sudoku puzzles, as well as discussing politics and current events. He was a former member of the Irish American Club-East Side Inc., in Euclid and a dedicated fan of Cleveland sports teams.
He is survived by the mother of his children and former spouse, Carol J. Brennan; three children, Jennifer B. (Jaime) Martinez, Thomas W. Brennan and Kathleen M. Brennan (Eric Romaniszyn); grandchildren, Kaylee, Mitchell, Ryan, Molly Frances, and Eily; siblings, Elizabeth A. “Anne” Bresson, John L. Brennan and Robert P. Brennan; sisters-in-law, Maureen and Linda Brennan; and many fabulous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends are asked to meet Monday, Aug. 1, 10:30 AM for a Mass of the Resurrection at Ss. Robert and William Church, 367 E. 260th St., Euclid. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
