Frank Joseph  Stuebbe
Frank Joseph Stuebbe, 84, of Mentor, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016, at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
Born Dec. 16, 1931, in Cincinnati, he had lived in Lyndhurst for 13 years before moving to Lake County 15 years ago.
Frank was a U.S. Army veteran and a very proud member of the Republican Party. He enjoyed woodworking, golf, bowling and cards, but especially being with his family.
Mr. Stuebbe’s livelihood was sales at Stuebbe Sales Company Inc.
He was the beloved husband of 63 years to Myrna A. (nee Huddleston) Stuebbe; loving father of Frank R. (Jennifer) Stuebbe, Connie A. (Herminio) Delgado, Jeffrey T. (Laura) Stuebbe and Julie A. (Greg) Blair; cherished grandfather of 16; great-grandfather of 24; brother of William Stuebbe; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, William and Marie (nee Offers) Stuebbe; and sister, Margaret Martin.
Family will receive friends from 12 to 4 p.m. Saturday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), Mentor, where a prayer service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Saturday. Fr. Tim Plavac will officiate the service. Burial will be held 10 a.m. Monday at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville.
