Obituary for Joseph E Faber

Private family services were held for Joseph E. Faber, 88, of Wickliffe.
Mr. Faber passed away Friday, June 17, 2016, at Brookdale of Newell Creek.
Born June 20, 1927, in Cleveland, he had been a resident of Lake County for the past 63 years.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and enjoyed bowling, old classic cars and golf.
Joe was the loving father of Patricia A. (Donald) Denny, Kelly J. (Fana) Faber, Michael J. Faber, Timothy S. (Shelly) Faber and Terry J. Faber; cherished grandfather of eight; great-grandfather of seven; brother-in-law of Thomas (Mike) Lane of Willoughby, Margaret “Peggy” Rose of Euclid and Florence Lane; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Geraldine A. (nee Lane) Faber; parents, Joseph and Sophie (nee Vrabel) Faber; siblings, Robert Faber, Dorothy Lawson and Walter Faber; brothers-in-law, John Lane, Robert Lane, Joseph Lane and Donald Lane; and sister-in-law, Mary Lough.
The family suggests contributions in his name be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110.
Arrangements entrusted to McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes in Willoughby and Mentor.
