Obituary for Dolores J. Blazenyak
Graveside services for Dolores J. Blazenyak (nee Soboslay), 78, of Eastlake will be 11 a.m. Monday at Mentor Cemetery, 6881 Hopkins Rd., Mentor. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
Mrs. Blazenyak passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 at her residence
Born Oct. 16, 1937 in Cleveland, she had been a resident of Cleveland prior to moving to Eastlake in 1969.
Dolores was a fan of the Cleveland Indians and Game Show Network and enjoyed cooking, cards and games.
She was employed by The May Company in Mentor in the China Department for 20 years.
Dolores was the loving mother of Steven (Tammy) Blazenyak and Denise (fiance, Donald
Pierce) Blazenyak; cherished grandmother of Justin and Lauren; sister of Sr. Marie Soboslay, SND, Stephen (Rosalind) Soboslay Jr., and Richard (Catherine) Soboslay.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leslie Emory Blazenyak in 2009;
sisters, Ethel Soboslay, Ruth Soboslay, Bernadette (Albert) Zambory, and Evelyn (Michael) Gecik.
