Obituary for Avery H Buckholz
Avery H. Buckholz, 5 month old daughter of Kyla Maffo and Shane Buckholz of Painesville, passed away Jan. 13, 2016, at TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township.
She was born Aug. 13, 2015, in Willoughby.
Survivors in addition to her parents are her sister, Taylor; maternal grandparents, Renee (nee Russell) Maffo and Steve (Jen) Maffo; paternal grandparents, Linda and Eric Buckholz; aunt, Amanda Maffo; and uncle, Steve Maffo Jr.
Family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of route 2), Mentor, where a funeral service will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Mentor Cemetery.
Contributions in her memory may be made in care of the family.
