Funeral Mass for Thomas Patrick Weiss, 51, of Eastlake, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Justin Martyr Church, 35781 Stevens Blvd., Eastlake. Fr. Kevin Liebhardt will officiate the Mass.
Mr. Weiss passed away Sept. 23, 2015, at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland.
Born March 18, 1964, in Cleveland, he had been a resident of Lake County for 30 years, living in Kirtland, Mentor, North Olmsted and Cleveland before moving to Eastlake.
Mr. Weiss was a retired self-employed engineer.
He was the son of Max F. and Diane (nee Senick) Weiss of Lakeland, Fla.; father of Keara Simpson Weiss and Kirstin Anne Weiss of Concord Township; former husband of Jinny (nee Simpson) Weiss of Concord Township; brother of Judith L. (Ronald M.) Kuchinski of Redmond, Wash., and Richard R, (Laura A. nee, Beiter) Weiss of Marietta, Ga.; and uncle of Michael R. and Jessica A. Kuchinski. He also leaves his 3-year old Labrador, Koda.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. A luncheon will follow the Mass at St. Justin Martyr Church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may directed to the family in order to establish an education fund for his daughters.
