Obituary for Daniel A Tirabasso

Daniel A  Tirabasso
Funeral Mass for Daniel Anthony Tirabasso, 88, of Richmond Heights, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Mr. Tirabasso passed away June 26, 2015.
He was born June 14, 1927, in Cleveland, and lived in Euclid before moving to Willoughby 15 years ago.
Daniel was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Sons of Italy, Euclid Lions, Oratanese Club, and the Holden Arboretum. He was an avid golfer, who enjoyed traveling, bowling, fishing, and driving his convertible. He loved sports, especially Ohio State football. Mr. Tirabasso was also a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, serving aboard the L.S.T. 700 and USS Yorktown in the Pacific. His number one priority was his family, and always cherished the memories of his beloved wife.
Mr. Tirabasso was also awarded for Product & Process Improvement Suggestions at Euclid Inc., where he was Specifications Engineer.
He was the loving father of Linda (Steve) Haas of Phoenix, Ariz., Diane (Mario) Saliga of Monroe, Conn., Donna (Bill) Woodworth of Kennesaw, Ga., and Annette Tirabasso of Atlanta, Ga.; cherished grandfather of Michelle (Brian) Volz, Hunter Woodworth and Logan Woodworth; great-grandfather of Hannah Volz, Abigail Volz and Robert Volz; brother of Charles (Priscilla) Tirabasso; and uncle of several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Antoinette (nee Ranallo) Tirabasso in 1971; and parents, Peter and Antoinette (nee Secondo) Tirabasso.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
