Obituary for Thomas P McFaul

Funeral Mass for Thomas P. McFaul, 70, of Chester Township, will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Anselm Church, 12969 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township. Fr. Tom Sweaney will officiate.
Mr. McFaul passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at UHHS Geauga Regional Hospital in Chardon.
Born October 4, 1944, in Cleveland, he had been a Geauga County resident for 40 years, living in Chester Township.
He was a member of St. Anselm’s Church in Chester Township and Pipefitter’s Union Local 120. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with family.
He was the beloved husband of Amelia (nee Pietrov) McFaul; loving father of Theresa A. McFaul-Shaffer, Thomas P. (Amy) McFaul Jr., and Sean E. McFaul; cherished grandfather of Michael, Megan and Matthew; brother of Kathleen Walsh, Edward (Carolyn) McFaul, Gerald (Constance) McFaul; and Mary Ann Winans; uncle of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Christopher J. McFaul in 2012; parents, Edward and Maud (nee Walsh) McFaul; and brother-in-law, Robert Walsh.
Family will receive friends from 10 a.m.Friday until the time of the Mass at the church. Burial will be private.
Contributions in is name may be made in care of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes in Willoughby and Mentor.
