Obituary for Anita Mary Helffrich

Funeral services for Anita M. (nee Cumer) Helffrich, 79, of Willoughby, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Mrs. Helffrich passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015.
Born May 24, 1935, in Pittsburgh, Pa., she had been a Lake County resident for 47 years, living in Willoughby.
She was an avid reader and was always up for a trip to Red Lobster. She started a tradition of taking her grandchildren to Malley’s
the day before the start of the new school year.
Mrs. Helffrich had worked at the Kirtlander Party Center for 15 years.
She was the loving mother of Christine L. Helffrich of Cuyahoga Falls and Diane F. (Matthew) Pietrzak of Mentor; and grandmother of Katie, Emma and Jake. She also leaves her beloved dog, Pansy.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William C. Helffrich in 1999; and daughter, Amy.
Family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
