Funeral services for Gary M. Walkuski, 26, of Mentor, will be 11 a.m Friday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), Mentor.
Mr. Walkuski passed away Feb. 8, 2015, at TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township.
Born Feb. 13, 1988, in Mayfield Heights, he had been a lifelong Lake County resident.
Gary was a 2007 graduate of Mentor High School and loved to golf and watch movies.
Mr. Walkuski worked as an auto mechanic at Toyota, Maher Brothers Auto Repair and RAD-Air of Mentor.
He was the loving son of Gary H. and Victoria (nee Sadowski) Walkuski; dear brother of Holly A. (Corey) Maher, Jessica C. (James) Hawkins and Matthew D. Walkuski; uncle of niece, Rylee Maher and nephews, Connor Maher and Asher Hawkins; and grandson of Florence Sadowski.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Josephine (nee Cwalina) Walkuski and Joseph Sadowski.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
