Condolence: Sorry to hear about Frank's passing. He was a great guy and a lot of fun to be with. We spend many good times on insurance company junkets around the world. He loved his family and talked lovingly about you all. We will miss his cheery annual Christmas cards!

Condolence: Dear Manning Family,
Frank was a fine man and gentleman. We were fellow Rotarians at the West Toledo Rotary. He was a great guy, charitable, and had a great sense of humor. He will be surely missed and I am glad for the time I have got to know him.

Condolence: Frank always had a smile on his face, a sense of humor, and a helping hand for his friends at Highland Meadows. He was truly a blessed individual and we find comfort knowing that he was surrounded by his loving family at the end of his earthly life.

Condolence: My condolences to the Manning Family. I am one of the Roselle Ave. Kriners and remember Frank and his siblings, especially Colletta (the leap year girl) very well. Our Dad passed away in 71 and Mom is still here at 97. Sending prayers to all of you.

Condolence: I am so sorry for the loss of Mr. Manning. It can be very difficult and hard to find comfort during these times. The scripture at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 can be comforting, " ...the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trails so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God."

Condolence: Mr. Manning was a very gracious gentleman. I drive the Mobile Meals truck he would pick his meals up from. He always had a kind word and occasionally a piece of candy. I will miss seeing and talking to him. May he rest in peace.
