Obituary for William J Robidoux Jr.
A Celebration of Life for William J. Robidoux Jr., 84, of Willoughby will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020, at the Willoughby Eagles Aerie 2300, 37299 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, with a Celebration of Life service at 3 p.m.
Mr. Robidoux passed away Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2020, at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland.
Born Oct. 19, 1935, in Acushnet, Mass., he had been a resident of Lake County for more than 50 years, living in Eastlake before moving to Willoughby.
William was a member of Willoughby Eagles Aerie 2300 for 49 years, becoming a member in 1971 and had served as a trustee. He loved working the door at the Eagles for Browns Backer functions. William was also a member of the F.O.P.A. Lake Geauga Lodge, and loved animals. He especially enjoyed babysitting for his friend’s dogs, and helping people.
Mr. Robidoux was retired and was a member of Teamsters Local 407 of the Central States.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William J. Sr. and Diana A. (nee Cormier) Robidoux.
Williams is survived by many dear friends. His family was his Eagles friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name may be made to Boys Town, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a local Pet Rescue.
