Obituary for William J Flowers
Funeral Mass for William J. Flowers, 56, of Euclid, will be 12 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022, at Ss. Robert & William Church, 367 E. 260th St., Euclid.
Bill passed away Sunday, Nov. 27, 2022, at The Cleveland Clinic.
He was born May 19, 1966, in Aberdeen, Md.
Bill was a member of Laborer’s Union Local 310, Ss. Robert & William Church in Euclid and TKE Fraternity at Fairmont State. He played football and wrestling at St. Joseph High School and Fairmont State, played semi-pro football for the Cleveland Falcons, and coached for the Ss. Robert & William’s Football Warriors.
He was the beloved son of James and Loureen (nee Tizzano) Flowers; dear brother of Suzanne (nee Flowers) McKenzie and James (Traci) Flowers; and uncle of Nicholas, Ella and Paul Flowers; grandson of Mildred Tizzano Tierney; nephew of Kathleen (nee Tizzano) (Jack) Spayde and Neil Tierney.
Bill was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Rita (nee Smith) Flowers, and Pasquale Tizzano; and aunt, Patricia Tizzano.
Family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, 2022, at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
