Phyllis Ann “Fifi” (nee DuRand) Evans, 83, of Willoughby, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2022, at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
Born Sept. 9, 1939, in Cleveland, she had been resident of Lake County for more than 25 years.
She was a 1957 graduate of Shaw High School, enjoyed sewing, gardening and reading, and was a cat lover.
Mrs. Evans had worked as a certified registered technician at Lake West Hospital in Willoughby for 25 years.
Phyllis was the loving mother of Glenn H. Evans of Willoughby; cherished grandmother of Samantha M. Evans of Andover; great-grandmother of Kyla E. Evans of Andover; and dear sister of Kay Smith and Janie Allbery.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Glenn C. Evans; and parents, Ernest and Eleanor (nee Burke) DuRand.
Private family services and burial will be held.
