Obituary for Patricia Ann Beris
Patricia Ann (nee Merryman) Beris, 70, of Wickliffe, passed away Friday, May 14, 2021, at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born May 3, 1951, in Cleveland, she had lived in Maple Heights before moving to Lake County 51 years ago.
Patricia loved the color purple and collecting teddy bears. She also enjoyed traveling, especially taking road trips across the country, shopping at flea markets and garage sales and making her famous Taco Bake for her family. But most of all, she loved the times spent with her “grandbabies.”
She was the loving mother of James Michael Beris of Willoughby, Christine Marie (nee Beris) Vanatta of Madison and Rose Elizabeth Beris of Wickliffe; and cherished grandmother of Johnathon, Justin, Julie, Dylan, Ava, Mariah, and Brynlee. She also leaves Angela Lynn Weakland, whom she thought of as another daughter.
Patricia was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Linda Ann Beris; and parents, Earl and Norma (nee Lewis) Merryman.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 21, at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby, where a funeral service will also be conducted at 9 a.m. Saturday. Pastor Mike Currier will be the celebrant. Burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
