Funeral Mass for Maureen Allan Johnson, 87, of Mentor, will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Maureen passed away Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2022, at Salida Woods Assisted Living in Mentor.
Born Nov. 25, 1934, in Chicago, Ill., she had been a resident of Lake County for 33 years.
She is a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Willoughby, loved crossword puzzles and enjoyed playing spider solitaire on the computer.
Maureen was the beloved wife of 44 years to Christopher F. Johnson; dear sister of Charles Victor Allan and Bernadette Allan; cherished aunt of Mark (Sandy) Allan and Donna Komos; and great-aunt of Delaney and Logan Allan, Katie Ramleo, Clayton and Dylan Komos.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Margaret (nee Haugh) Allan; sister-in-law, Joan Allan; and niece, Lisa Raska.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the family for Masses in her name.
