Obituary for Mary J "Judy" Tomaselli
Funeral Mass for Mary J. “Judy” (nee Evans) Tomaselli, 79, of Willoughby, will be 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Redeemer Church, 15712 Kipling Ave., Cleveland. Father Marty Polito will officiate the Mass.
Judy passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021, at her residence.
Born Sept. 3, 1941, in Cleveland, she had been a resident of Lake County for 52 years.
Family was so important to Judy and she loved spending time her children and grandchildren, especially at family dinners and celebrations. She also enjoyed traveling, and playing along with Jeopardy nightly.
She was the loving mother of Maria R. Tomaselli (Joe Mask), Lisa A. (Robert) Swope and John M. Tomaselli; cherished grandmother of Kelly Swope, Angelo Tomaselli, Mia Tomaselli and Emma Tomaselli; dear sister of Richard (Terri) Evans and Robert (Kim) Evans; sister-in-law of Don Kitchen; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
Judy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Angelo J. Tomaselli; parents, Richard and Mary Jane (nee Collins) Evans; and sister, Terry Kitchen.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Entombment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name are suggested to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110.
