Obituary for Marie Rose Dick
Marie Rose (nee Dolan) Dick, 89, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, passed away Feb. 22, 2021, at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
Born May 5, 1931, in Glascow, Scotland, she had been a resident of Lake County for 55 years.
She was a member of the Classy Lassies.
Marie was the loving mother of John S. Dick, Roy A. Dick, Bryan K. Dick, Lorraine M. Rice and Andrew A. Dick; dear sister of Andrew Dolan, Gerald Dolan and Anne Haggerty; cherished grandmother of Mark Dick, Michael Dixon, Matthew Dick, Melissa McColgan, Kevin Dick, Brandon Shippee, Danny Dick and Sarah Bradford; and great-grandmother of eight.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alexander M. Dick, who passed away in 1999; parents, Andrew and Agnes (nee Haggerty) Dolan; and brother, Daniel Dolan.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Veteran’s Park in Mentor-on-the-Lake in May 2021. Details will be put on Facebook.
