Obituary for Lillian Vondouris
Lillian (nee Mehozonek) Vondouris, 95, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021, at O’Neill Health Care in Middleburg Heights.
She was born Oct. 14, 1925, in Weirton, W.Va.
Lillian was a member of Willoughby United Methodist Church in Willoughby and enjoyed bowling. She was also an avid Cleveland Indians fan.
She was the loving mother of Joyce Wallace and Michael Vondouris; cherished aunt of Laura A. (Randy) Noar; a great-aunt; great-great-aunt; and cherished friend of many.
Lillian was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Vondouris; parents, Julius and Julia (nee Suray) Mehozonek; and siblings, Victor (Esther, dec.) Mehozonek and Edward (Roberta, dec.) Mason.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, April 30, at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, 11521 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township.
