Obituary for Kerry E. Laymon
Kerry E. Laymon, age 61, of Willoughby, passed away Monday, June 7, 2021, at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.
He was born June 17, 1959, in Montgomery, Alabama.
Kerry was a Lake county resident for over 50 years, living in Mentor and Willoughby.
Kerry loved all Cleveland sports. He had a special love for the Ohio State University and the University of Alabama football teams.
He coached Willoughby youth sports teams, enjoyed playing chess and “occasionally” having a Budweiser.
He was the beloved husband of 42 years to Linda J. Laymon (nee Roman); loving father of Stephanie L. Laymon, Victoria A. (Michael) Foreman, Matthew E. Laymon; cherished grandfather of Vivian, Michael, Edward, Oliver and Miles; brother of Kim Sidorick, Derek (Connie) Laymon, Rob (Donna) Laymon; also survived by nieces and nephews.
Kerry was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Dolores (nee Ream) Laymon; brother in law John Sidorick.
