Obituary for Kathleen A Goodmote
Kathleen A. (nee Warner) Goodmote, 71, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, passed away Monday, May 31, 2021, at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights.
She was born Sept. 7, 1949, in Olean, N.Y.
Kathleen loved gardening, flowers, baking, and going to the beach to look for beach glass. She also loved and enjoyed being a mom, grandma, and great-grandma.
She was the loving mother of Laurie (Raymond) Hall, Michelle (James) Roof, Nicole (Daniel) Kyea, Donielle (Jeremy) Goodmote, Caren Goodmote, and Jacqueline (Michael) Harting; cherished grandmother of Raymond (Mika) Hall, Amanda (Jimmy) Hall, Ryan (Amanda) Hall, David (Caitlin) Collins, Mackenzie Roof (Aaliyah), Kyle (Sam) Kyea, Tyler (Cheyenne) Kyea, Joshua (Kylie) Goodmote,-Miller, Jack Goodmote-Miller, Evan Jenkins, Logan Harting and Noah Harting; great-grandmother of Wyatt, Finley, Jackson, Kaleb, Emilia, Cailyn and Luke; and sister-in-law of Judy Warner. She also leaves a niece, a nephew and her pets.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Jabe Goodmote in 2019; parents, Richard and Lois (nee Wean) Warner; and brother, Steven Warner.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, where a Celebration of Life service will be held at 8 p.m. Interment will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville with her husband, Donald.
