Obituary for Karen Ann Arscott
A Children’s Mass to honor Karen Ann (nee Kral) Arscott, 78, of Willoughby, will be held 8:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24, 2023, at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 3450 Norwood Road, Shaker Heights.
Karen passed away Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023, at UH Lake West Hospital in Willoughby.
Born Jan. 9, 1945, in Cleveland, she had lived in Shaker Heights before moving to Lake County 20 years ago.
Karen had worked as a teacher at St. Francis Church for two years before she began her 34-year teaching career at St. Dominic Catholic Church.
She was the loving mother of Anthony Arscott; and dear sister-in-law of Karen Kral and Patti Kral.
Karen was preceded in death by her son, Michael Arscott; parents, Elmer and Helen Kral; and siblings, Joseph Kral, John Kral and Mary Ann (Dave, dec.) Daley.
Donations in her memory are suggested to the Malachi House in Cleveland.
