Obituary for Joseph Kinney
Joseph Kinney, 49, of Mentor, passed away March 9, 2022 in Kirtland.
Born Nov. 21, 1972, in Painesville, he had been a lifetime resident of Lake County.
Joe was a smart and caring man who was a jack-of-all-trades and had a great sense of humor. He loved History and enjoyed spending countless hours watching the History Channel. Joe also enjoyed cooking and had a passion for cats and dogs. He loved his children more than anything in the world and was a loyal friend to many. His mother was however his best friend.
He was the loving father of Alex Kinney and Brayden Kinney; dear son of Katherine Kinney; cherished brother of Karen (James) Kinney McMullan and Michelle Kinney; uncle of Shiann Kinney (Brian Barrish), Tyler Kinney and Garrett McMullan; great-uncle of Farrah Kinney; and nephew of Dale Stickle.
Joe was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Kinney; and uncles, Skip Stickle and Larry Kinney.
