Jeffrey Allen Herbert, 49, of Euclid, passed away Friday, Feb. 12, 2021, at The Cleveland Clinic.
He was born Sept. 18, 1971, in Euclid.
Jeffrey enjoyed magic with friends and was loved by so many.
He was the loving father of Kimberly Herbert and Hailey Herbert; beloved son of Martha L. (nee Sedam) Herbert; dear brother of Ron (Helen) Herbert, Terilyn (Tod) Egan, and Christina Herbert; wonderful uncle of Shannon, Kevin, Rachel, Andrew, Katlyn, Anthony, Ashley, Justin, Daniel, Gregory and Brandon; and great-uncle of Mickayla, Brettley, Jaxon, Coby and Greyson. Jeff also leaves many great friends.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Roland J. Herbert.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, with a Celebration of Life service at 7 p.m. Burial will be private.
