Obituary for Irene Klara Mancini
Irene Klara (nee Klinko) Mancini, 87, of Mentor, passed away Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022, at UH Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born June 7, 1935, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, she had been a resident of Lake County for 50 years.
She had attended business college and loved bowling, cooking for her family during the holidays and traveling.
Irene was the beloved wife of Joseph; loving mother of Doug (Mary), Donna (Jim) Waterwash, Deborah (David) Snyder and Daniel (Kristy); cherished grandmother of nine; and great-grandmother of six.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Diane Mancini; and parents, Alexander and Mary (nee Silvasci) Klinko.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), in Mentor, with a funeral service at 5 p.m. Burial will be private.
