Obituary for George W Moyer III
George W. Moyer III, 50, of Eastlake, passed away Monday, Feb. 1, 2021, at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born Dec. 17, 1970, in Willoughby, he had been a lifetime resident of Lake County, living in Painesville for 36 years before moving to Eastlake.
George enjoyed his grandchildren and working in his yard, and was an avid Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns fan.
He had worked as the maintenance director at Shoregate Towers in Willowick for 19 years. George had also worked as manager at the Speedway in Mentor and Domino’s Pizza in Mentor.
Through his life giving donation to LifeBanc, George will continue to help others.
George was the loving husband of Cindy R. (nee Seyler) Moyer of Eastlake; loving father of George W. Moyer IV of Willoughby and Shannon F. M. Shaw of Painesville; dear son of Dianna L. Moyer of Painesville; cherished grandfather of Isabella, Sebastian, and Ashlynn Engler; brother of Renee (Mark) Stupka, Jared Marthe and Joshua Marthe; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, George W. Moyer Jr.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
