Funeral Mass for Florence (nee Colombo) Valente, 94, of Willowick, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Holy Redeemer Church, 15712 Kipling Ave., Cleveland.
Florence passed away Friday, April 15, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her family.
Born April 3, 1928, in Cleveland, she had been a resident of Lake County for 65 years.
Her greatest joys were playing bingo, going to the casino and spending time with her family.
The Colombo family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Cypress Hospice for all the loving care and support they provided to Florence and her family.
Florence was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Luigi Valente; parents, Emiddio and Carmella (nee Raffa) Colombo; and siblings, Anthony, Dorothy, Emil, and Carlo.
She was the devoted and loving aunt and great-aunt of many.
Private burial will follow the Mass at Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland.
