To all who knew him, David John Shantery, 50, of Wickliffe, left this Earth Aug. 10, 2021.
He was born Feb. 25, 1971, in Cleveland.
David was a decorated Cleveland fireman for 24 years, and a long standing member of the Carpenter Union Local 435 for 25 years.
“Our beloved David was full of life, love, and a sense of duty and honor. If you crossed his path, he is forever burned into your memory as he was truly one of a kind. He will never be replaced, or forgotten, and where his journey has taken him, we cannot go, but we will always go along for the ride, as our love for him knows no bounds, and will never fade.”
