Obituary for David E Hasul
David E. Hasul, 65, of Willowick, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022, at his residence.
Born Feb. 28, 1957, in Cleveland, he had been a resident of Lake County for 45 years.
David was a member of American Legion Post 7 in Wickliffe, Teamsters Union Local 507, and a lifelong member of the Clarkwood Beach Club on E. 267th St., in Euclid. He loved dancing, cooking, working crossword puzzles, singing, playing cards, especially the card game 31, and spending time with his family as they were his first priority.
He was the loving companion of Janice A. (nee Boyza) Miller; dear father of Sarah M. (Tom) Hasul-Cull, Patrick D. (Margot) Hasul, Erin K. (John) Barbish, Ceili A. Hasul, Kathleen (Erin) Lowe, Daniel (Linda) Miller and Ann Miller; cherished Papa Dave of Brennan, Tyler, Kennedy, Sloane, Dominic, Clare, Lucas, Carmine, Neala, Keira, Hudson, Aidan, Colin and Evan; former husband of Therese (nee Laffey) Hasul; and uncle of many.
David was preceded in death by his parents, George and Marilyn (nee Odom) Hasul.
Family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, with a Celebration of Life service at 7:30 p.m. There will be an extended Celebration held from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at American Legion Post 7, 29919 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe.
