Obituary for David Edward Fenbers

David Edward Fenbers, 57, passed away peacefully Sunday, Sept. 6, 2020, with his family by his side.
He was born Sept. 19, 1962, in Cincinnati.
David grew up in the Dayton area, but moved to Cleveland in 1987. His personality impacted the lives of those all across Northeast Ohio and the United States, especially in the Michigan City, Indiana area, where he lived from 1998-2007. David moved back to Cleveland in 2008, where he met his soulmate in 2013, and earned his Business and Marketing degree a year later from Cuyahoga Community College. He immersed himself in music. He loved listening to it, and thoroughly enjoyed playing it for his guests - going by his DJ/ karaoke stage name “Westside Dave.” It didn’t matter whether you knew David for 10 minutes, or 10 years, his passionate outlook on life was incredible. He was the life of the party.
David was the beloved fianceé of Valerie Marcinko; loving father of Robert (Ashley) Fenbers; cherished uncle to Nate and Jess Lowy, Julia and Sean Fenbers; and brother of Denny (Cecilia) Fenbers, Larry (Dianne) Fenbers, and Jeannie (Gene) Lowy. David also leaves hundreds of cherished friends.
Family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at McMahon-Coyne Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, where a funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12. Burial will follow in Willoughby Memorial Gardens.
