Obituary for Charles Ray Dugan

Charles Ray Dugan, 78, of Willoughby, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Cardinal Woods in Madison.
Born Sept. 29, 1943, in Uniontown, Pa., he had been a resident of Lake County for 48 years.
Charles was a 26-year member of the Willoughby Evening Lions Club and loved the Indians, fishing, hunting and racing.
He was the loving father of Ann Marie Dugan (Doug Luther) of Leroy, Angela Marie (Michael) Tyler of Willoughby Hills, Charles Thomas (Kris) Dugan of Euclid and Annette Marie (Robert) Young of Leroy; cherished grandfather of Cassandra, Eric, Adam, Lauren and Nicholas; brother, uncle and friend of many. He also leaves his dog, “Misty.”
Charles was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joanne M. (nee Candow) Dugan; and parents, William S. and Margaret (nee Wilson) Dugan.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby, with a memorial service at 6:30 p.m.
