Private family services were held for Catherine Ann Hickman, 86, of Wickliffe.
Catherine passed away Thursday, Oct. 22, 2020, at Geneva Village.
Born Dec. 13, 1933, in Marianna, Pa., she had lived in Cleveland before moving to Wickliffe 57 years ago.
Catherine loved her children and grandchildren dearly. She had worked as a waitress for more than 40 years at Corky and Lenny’s in Cleveland Heights prior to her retirement.
Catherine was the loving mother of Lori A. Walled, Jeff Hickman, Nancy (Jeff) Lang, Thomas (Terri) Hickman, and Barry (Jennifer) Hickman; cherished grandmother of 11; great-grandmother of 14; sister of Frank (Victoria) Knizner, and Joseph (Lynn) Knizner; sister-in-law of Gus Darangelo, Toots Knizner, and Joyce Knizner; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary (nee Kubichar) Knizner; and siblings, Marion (Jim, dec.) Harris, Joanie Darangelo, Edward Knizner, and John Knizner.
Arrangements are entrusted to McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes in Willoughby and Mentor.
