Obituary for Bobbie M Buckholtz
Bobbie M. (nee McGhee) Buckholtz, 48, of Mentor, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2022, at her residence.
Born March 27, 1974, in Bluefield, W.Va., she had lived in Rome, Ohio before moving to Lake County eight years ago.
Bobbie like the Arts and gardening, enjoyed camping, kayaking and the outdoors, but most of all she loved being with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Buckholtz had worked at Pako of Mentor.
Bobbie was the beloved wife of 32 years to Fred Buckholtz; loving mother of Michael A. Buckholtz (Brandy Thornton); cherished grandmother of James, Ed, Hunter and Ayden; dear sister of Connie (Danny) Thomas, Jack (Pam) White, Charles (Wanda) White and Virginia (Donald) Kent; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Raymond and Phyliss Nancy (nee Herald) McGhee.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), in Mentor, where a funeral service will take place 11 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will follow the service at Mentor Cemetery.
