Allan passed away Saturday, March 19, 2022, at his residence.
Born Aug. 17, 1962, in Weirton, W.Va., he had lived in Cadiz, Ohio before moving to Lake County 12 years ago.
He was the father of James A., Rosa Nicole and Kimberly; a grandfather; dear brother of Carl M. (Debra) Taylor, Gene A. (Debbie) Taylor, Brad E. (Tammy) Taylor; and Neil E. Taylor; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
Allan was preceded in death by his parents, Hosea C. and Ruthann (nee Beck) Taylor; aunt and uncle, Bernadine and Kaiser Olenick.
