Obituary for Wallace J. "Bud" Taraba
Wallace J. “Bud” Taraba, 77, of Willoughby, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2023, at Cleveland Clinic - Euclid Hospital.
He was born March 2, 1946, in Cleveland.
Bud was a member of the NRA, enjoyed boating, camping and fishing, and loved the outdoors. Family was very important to him and always his number one priority.
He was the beloved husband of 43 years to Gloria Jean (nee Krenisky) Taraba; loving father of Tracey (Jeff) Bales and David (Coreen) Hayes; cherished grandfather of Zachary Bales, Cody Bales and Angie Hayes; dear brother of Karen (David) Haessly; brother-in-law of Michael J. (Jennifer) Krenisky, Walter A. (Suzie) Krenisky, Susan Greggs, Michele (David) Tuck, Paul (Lynne) Krenisky; and uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Bud was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace J. and Nola Jean (nee Peters) Taraba; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Michael and Mary (nee Ketchesin) Krenisky; and brother-in-law, Robert Krenisky.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, with a Celebration of Life service at 5 p.m. A private burial will be at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
