Phyllis passed away Tuesday, Nov 21, 2023.
She was born Oct. 16, 1939, in Cleveland.
Phyllis was a homemaker and devoted mother to five boys, was a member of Ss. Robert and William Church in Euclid and worked as a cashier for Pick-n-Pay.
She was the loving mother of Andrew M. (Roberta) Jakovlic Jr., Robert P. (Corinne) Jakovlic, Thomas M. (Ruth) Jakovlic and John J. (Jean) Jakovlic; cherished grandfather of Jacob, Gabriel, Nathan, Sarah, Ryan, Wyatt, Evan, Avery and Ian; beloved great-grandmother of Grayson and Charlotte; sister-in-law of Ann Shimenski; and aunts of nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Andrew Jakovlic Sr.; son, James A. Jakovlic; and parents, Leo and Agnes (nee Zizek) Kowalski.
Burial will be private.
