Obituary for Peter John Pannetta
Peter John Pannetta, 81, of Mentor, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2023, at UH TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township.
Born June 16, 1941, in Cleveland, he had been a resident of Lake County for 43 years.
Peter was a great man who loved his family. He was all about his children and grandchildren. Peter also took pride in taking care of his yard.
He was the loving father of Tori L. (Sam) Cordaro, Debbie A. Pannetta (Mike Dobeck), and Peter J. Pannette Jr.; cherished grandfather of Sam (Winnie) Cordaro, Joe (Cherri) Cordaro, Ron (Danielle) Cordaro and Katie Stray; great-grandfather of Mia, Gianna, Kristina, Winnie, Corrina, Daniella, Vivianna, Lacey, Joey, Cece and Ronnie; dear brother of Al (Rita) Pannetta; and uncle of many.
Peter was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kathleen (née Petrone) Pannetta.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), in Mentor, with a service at 5:30 p.m. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
